This Gibson Historic Reissue '57 LP Custom "Black Beauty" has a few naughty tricks up its sleeve. It features a carved maple top and a mahogany body painted black with white binding. The mahogany neck features a fat '57 profile that is outrageously comfortable and fast in every way. The bound ebony fretboard features mother of pearl large block inlays that are sure to sparkle like crazy on stage. Next, with three humbuckers there's a lot of tones to work with. Going further, the neck and bridge pickups have been replaced with Doug Aldrige pickups from Suhr. These pups are excellent for hard rock and metal! A '57 Classic humbucker remains in the middle position. Other stand out features include the ABR-1 Tune-o-matic bridge, Schaller strap locks and the original Grover tuners. This beast weighs in at 10.03 pounds and comes with a brown Gibson hard shell case.
